4 grains for $7.
4 grains amounts to 1.5 tablespoons and makes 1.5 to 2 cups of kefir milk.
I have a healthy stock of Kefir grains as you can see in the photo. These are not grains in the conventional sense, but cultures of yeast and lactic acid bacteria.
These grains are not like the "one time use" kefir you buy from the store. The grains multiply throughout the weeks and will last you a lifetime if you continue the cycle.
I use organic milk for my kefir. You can use raw milk, goat milk or 2% milk for this kefir.
My grains are rinsed ONLY with Crystal Geyser Alpine Spring Water.
You will get 4 Kefir Grains (4 grains makes 1.5 to 2 cups of kefir milk) and an instruction sheet how to get your Kefir started! $9
